A unit is only reserved once Ballito EDGE receives proof of payment of the R1, 000 reservation fee. The Agreement of Sale will then be sent to the buyer via email by one of our sales agents who will assist with the rest of the process.
The Agreement of Sale must be signed and returned to us within 48 hours with the remaining R20 000 deposit. The balance of the purchase price must be secured via bond approval, bank guarantee or cash.
All bond and transfer fees are covered by the developer, when their appointed bond originator is used. All deposits are paid into the appointed transferring attorney’s trust account.

In the unlikely event that a unit is double booked, the buyer that paid their reservation deposit first (recorded by digital timestamp) will secure the unit. The second buyer shall be refunded should they not find a suitable replacement unit.
